Could only get room on first floor. States nothing else available. Parkung lot empty, not busy !Room was fairly clean. Not enough blankets , no room phone, had to go to desk to request extra blanket. No hair dryer, no iron. Had to go back to desk. Lights were sketchy, would work intermittently. Two people one facecloth. One stir stick.Breakfast included was minimal. Coffee thin. Will not be a returning customer.

Very minimalist. You get what you pay for. Breakfast is bleak. The owner lives in the hotel so you always have to ring the front desk and summon him. One facecloth for two people. One stirstick and coffe condiments for us. |Like I said the place is definitely bare bones, dark and desolate.

Nice place to stay away from Home. Don't judge a book by it's cover is what I would say, and you need to get into the hotel to see how nice the room floors are and the walls.

Stayed a couple of nights in the lowest cost room over Christmas break. Clean, helpful staff, inexpensive, quiet. It met our expectations. The room has a bonus fridge, microwave and coffee maker; but no cups or coffee (although we didn't ask for them). Would stay again.

The hotel has been updated and the rooms were nice. When I checked in I asked for a quite room. He put me on bottom floor and thought it would be quite. At 5:30 the room above me got very loud with the people walking around with there boots on. So loud that they woke me up. No lounge or bar. No breakfast. Lots of parking.

We were in Drayton Valley for only one night, so wanted somewhere inexpensive just to sleep. I'll admit, I booked this because it was the cheapest one in DV. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you might need. We didn't try the lounge or the breakfast, but for what we needed - a clean place to sleep - this hotel fit the bill. Our room on the third floor (reached by elevator) had a queen bed and a sofa bed, along with a hot plate, microwave, and small fridge. It would be a great place to stay if you're there for a while, and want to cook for yourself. There was also a balcony. The heat was easy to set with a remote. The only complaint I had is that the bed was quite hard. I'm thinking because it's pretty new so it hasn't been worn in yet. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay, in a great location walking distance to downtown, and easy to get to from the highway. Definitely would stay there again if I need a hotel in Drayton Valley!

We were traveling from Edmonton to Banff national park and decided to stop at the area for a snooze with our four year old son. The room was beyond our expectations. It was newly renovated with hard wood floors, new beds and linens. Traveling with a young child, we sure appreciated the kitchen with a fridge. It was great. Bathroom was basic but clean.||||Complimentary breakfast was awesome. They even let us take some extra for the road :)||I would highly recommend it for anyone in the area who needs a good night's sleep.

My wife and I were road tripping through Alberta and after reading a couple of reviews decided to spend the night here. The hotel being a newly renovated property is what appealed to us. We saw a few photos online and thought it looked nice, however, in person the property looked much nicer. The lobby had a cool vibe as did our room and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is pretty centrally located in the small town. The room also had a kitchenette, something we did not have time to take advantage of. I know some reviewers talk about how the cheap the room is, my feeling is there is so much more to the property.
