Watch out for drama. Once one comes in your home everyone will know your business. If you don't mind having a different total all the time and a 2 plus hours wait! Not to mention a dinner has been forgotten 2 times. Many of there drivers are thieves as they hire anyone, head up. Glad I took mine and many business else where

Had a delivery from these folks last night from " taste of china" in Woodstock... Our order was delivered incorrectly and I could hear the nasty woman at "taste of china" being very rude to the driver while I was on the phone with her. I just want to say your driver is a gem. He was wonderful and provided great service, and should be commended for having to deal with the harpy at that restaurant. Even when he had to come back with our correct order he was lovely. You sir deserve an award

Client of mine broke her hip a couple months ago. She decided to use this service for her groceries so she didn't have to maneuver herself about. She called on Friday for groceries (It's now Monday). They said they don't deliver on Friday, they would be there Saturday morning. "Okay, not a problem" she says. Saturday morning comes around. She has been waiting all day for her groceries and had to cancel her plans waiting. Not even a phone call to explain there was a delay (unprofessional), finally around 5 pm, she decided to call them back to see what the hold up was. The girl on the phone said "Oh, yea we had a lot of people call in." Okay, so how is that the girls fault that you had a bunch of call ins? My client said this woman named Ashley sounded clueless and very unhelpful. Ashley (the girl on the phone) finally said it would be there tomorrow morning around 11 (Sunday). "Okay thats fine" says my client. Sunday comes, and again.... she waits around and nothing. She called and called until she FINALLY got a hold of someone and told them she would like to speak with the owner. The girl again was completely clueless and told her shes only there during the week. So needless to say, if this is how this company treats its customers ESPECIALLY ELDERLY WHO WERE RELYING ON THIS SERVICE... I strongly do not recommend and suggest you call a more reliable service such as OnTime.

Wanted to thank my delivery driver for her hard work, she was clearly very busy with delivery and was a little longer than anticipated but thats to be expected on a Friday night and didn't phase me as I know things can get busy sometimes. I want the drivers to know they are very appreciated in the community with the services they provide. Thanks again guys
