Martin and Chrissy are very dedicated and driven individuals who want to successfully fill their clients needs. Nothing but transparent communication from the Honey-Do team, which is what I think is hard for some people to swallow.
Its refreshing to deal with hard working individuals like them, which is getting harder and harder to find nowadays.

Moved to Renfrew a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend, landed this job within 2 days of being here and got ripped off within 3. I was told, in person, I’d be paid up to 3.50 per package which could potentially lead to 1500-4000 weekly. When I asked again, via text for confirmation and proof, CHRISSY decided it would be a great idea to be unprofessional and rather rude about it and that I’d only be making 2.50-3.00 per package. In the course of 3 days, I’ve delivered 143 packages total, and received a total of 241 dollars. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible job, I don’t mind delivering. But They had me going 30-45 minutes away from each delivery and I was then told to keep my mouth shut while they gave me 2 gas cards, which didn’t even cover my gas by the way, because they didn’t want their other staff to know that they weren’t being compensated for gas for their OWN VEHICLES. when I asked for a contract, CHRISSY gave me attitude and talked down to me as if I was her husband MARTIN. Lastly, JEFFREY who supposedly “manages” said business, told me to keep track of all my work so that I “don’t get screwed”. Which makes absolutely no sense because he’s the manager of the business. The lack of professionalism baffles me, the attitude definitely wasn’t worth the 3 days I worked, and also all other employees spouted off about how they were all being screwed over and they’re tired of the neglect and favouritism for other employees. Delivery jobs aren’t bad, when they’re managed accordingly. However, Honey-Do is a bombshell. I highly recommend NEVER working there!

Unreliable and poor communication ! I contacted Martin and asked if he would be able to deliver a few items to my mom for her birthday since I am out of the country, she was celebrating her 70th birthday. He said he would do it. I contacted the stores, placed the orders and told them who would be picking them up. I texted him the next day to re-confirm. He responded he would get to it shortly. 5 hours later, the items still had been picked up and the stores we closing mid-afternoon. I called and texted him back, no response. I had to find an alternative option to get my mom her presents. It’s unfortunate that someone would not take full advantage of developing a business model where there's an opportunity to make a lot of money.

The phone was cut off mid order. When I called back it was busy. I was responded via txt telling me I hung up on them. When I responded with the truth they were NOT happy. Avoid this terrible delivery service.

I'd give one star if I could. Very poor customer service, very rude and poor communication. Don't waste your money, also they will replace items for more expensive ones..
