The unit I rented for about 2.5 years was super clean and easy to access even in the winter. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and the unit rate was fair. I will utilize this facility again if the need ever arises.

Terribly disappointing!
We were told our shipping container had no leaks when we purchaeed it.
There was a definite leak at the back that had been covered up ( hidden). We did not see this until it was shipped (costs $300 one way). The whole thing was in terrible condition- not even useable. When we called about this, we found out we would have to cover the shipping costs to have it returned and refunded. And if we got it exchanged it would cost us another shipping fee to ship the new container.
Terrible experience- and we paid $1000 more than he was selling them for last year.
A good business would have exchanged it-shipping included (or simply not sent us a leaky one to begin with!).

I'm afraid my experiences with Uhaul and the storage facilities in Richmond (Shell Rd) and now Houston, have all been 100% on the positive side. Sorry to disappoint.
