Superb experience with this very professionally ran organization. clear and transparent estimate. Easy deposit payment methods. clear and concise invoice was provided. A prompt, efficient and a well ran team arrived on site and resulted in a successful move experience. The team came prepared with moving accessories like heavy duty floor runners, corner guards, door guards, stretch film, blanket wraps and tape to ensure all large furniture items were properly cared for from pickup to drop-off.
Price was on budget expectations for a large house move.
I would highly recommend and will reengage when required.

5 stars all around! Very professional and excellent service! They helped us get Mom moved out of her old house and settled into her new place across town. They adapted to the challenges of moving large appliances out of tight spaces and were kind and patient the entire time. Can't thank Amanda and her team enough!

What a great team! On time, efficient, worked hard and very pleasant and polite. Most important was the transport of an heirloom baby grand piano... after a couple of moves around the livingroom, we found the perfect spot. We'd recommend Hugo's in a heartbeat!!

Being a single woman after 25 years and moving to an area new to me, let me just say that Amanda and her team made this next chapter very stress free.
My first contact with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. She was so friendly, professional and reassuring. Very quick responses to my later in the evening emails.I was expecting next day answers, however, Amanda would respond asap! The estimate was more than fair and came in lower than what I was expecting.
The day of my move the team arrived at precisely 8am as promised. Cam, Arnold and Aiden were not only extremely friendly, fast, professional, and very careful with my items, they worked with a smile and a sincerity that was noticeable. Cam gave me very good advice, for my next time moving. And yes when that time comes I will be calling on Amanda at Hugo's moving.
At the end of a very long hot day, they made sure there was nothing more they could do for me. Took the time to give me ideas of where certain items would best be placed and other items stored.
If you are moving anywhere in BC, you would be foolish not to talk with Amanda and hire her amazing crew.
Thank you again Amanda and hats off to Cam, Arnold and Aiden. You fellas ROCK!

I'm writing this review for my mother-in-law and father-in-law. The movers were efficient, pleasant, and on time. The fee also came in under the estimated quote.The movers wrapped everything and there were no scratches or damage to our furniture. These happy and respectful young men were careful moving us out and into our new space and there was no damage to our homes. We whole heartedly recommend Hugo Movers to everyone.

Hugo’s Moving was great right from the start. Amanda came by our house and gave us an estimate as well as advice as to steps we could take to make the move as efficient as possible. The movers arrived right on time on the morning of our move and got all our stuff to our new place safely and efficiently. Price came in just below the estimate and was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

These guys put the “ FUN” in moving!! This is a first class operation with triathlete style movers, they’re yoga experts and they don’t even know it! Super strong, and fast!!! From starting with Amanda, her efficiency and friendly humour, to packing us up and in comes Cam, Nathan & Aiden - SUPER PROFESSIONAL and SUPER FUNNY these guys rocked a huge move during this July heat wave, I am very impressed with their work ethic and ability to do what they did.
We highly recommend this team - they get the job done!!! Super efficient & most professional team.
PS, Nothing was broken, all my art work, pottery and Italian crystal was packed very strategically and with loving care, TVs & furniture, antiques perfectly moved no damage - Thanks Guys 👍
