J'ai fait appel à leur service entre Montréal et l'île Maurice. A Montréal ça c'est bien passé par contre ils m'ont laissé à l'abandon à l'arrivée, avec 1 mois de retard et m'ont obligé de passer par une société qu'ils ont choisi sans m'en avertir. Et que j'ai dû payer en plus. Du coup la facture a été sensiblement différente de l'initiale. Sans aucun agent de liaison de leur côté. Ils m'ont proposé d'appeler une personne contact en ...Mauritanie pour m'aider pour la douane à 5.000km de là . Pas très pro, dommage.

Depuis les premiers devis aux étiquettes sur mes paquets, Huli a été super pro. Mon déménagement c'est fait sans aucun problème. Tous a été très rapide et les réponses à mes questions étaient très précises. (Montréal => Lyon par Avion)

We booked our international move with Huli and our cargo was picked up this morning. Everything went smoothly, the movers were careful with our stuff and friendly.
Our shipping coordinator checked with me during the pick up to make sure everything went well, which was appreciated.
A few hours later, I received the pictures of our pallets and all the information related to the shipment. Our coordinator is easy to reach and very friendly. the estimate we did with them of the volume was spot on, we did not have any surprise.
So far, everything is going very well with Huli !

I recently moved back to Canada from Ireland and used Huli as my agent within Canada. It was a complicated move with more than a few hiccups (none of them caused by Huli!) but Olha at Huli was there at every turn to explain, help me out, and speak to the other parties involved when I wasn’t sure what to say or ask. I was so impressed with the speed and detail of her response emails, as well as her kindness and understanding. I will certainly use Huli again if I’m moving or shipping personal goods, either within Canada or internationally.
