Everything from customer service to cargo handling in both countries were well communicated and executed.

Service was also faster than mentioned, I got my shipment a few weeks earlier than intended. They also showed my a picture of my cargo after it was palatalized and other important details.

Shipped household stuff from Canada to the States in Feb 2024. Several issues throughout the engagement. The least of which was the condition in which the shipment arrived. I realized shipping internationally is not something they have expertise and experience of. I felt cheated and frustrated at the end. Not an experience I would want to go through again.
