Great service. Drivers are awesome. Great service for those without their own transportation. Departure and arrival times work well

Having a bus really helps especially when in a rural area if one doesn’t have a car. The drivers I’ve had have been very polite. I think the bus agency is a great idea, but I do wish there were more buses or a system in place when the bus is full. I was turned away at my stop in Exeter, because the bus was too full to get me back home to London. I could not afford a 100 dollar cab ride to get back into the city, so my boyfriend had to drive an hour and half out of his way to come get me. If I did not have him pick me up I don’t know what I would have done. I could only imagine the frustration a parent would have too if they were turned away with their child.

Waited at the London stop, going to Grand Bend, only to find a small half size bus came for double the amount of people waiting.

No online tickets, no notice that it's first-come-first-serve, and the driver rudely told us next bus was at 6:00pm and shrugged. Whole crowd of people left standing on the curb, long weekend plans ruined.

Don't bother lol

Good to have the service, weird that they don't let you carry drinks on board like every other transit operator in Ontario, but overall its great to have the bus in the area.

The bus is good, but the live operator service is terrible. Its pretty complicated when you are over 100km away from home with no other way to go back. Both times I needed help because the bus was over an hour late and all I got was "No idea, have a nice day " . They don't even try.

I thought this service was great as my kid is able to go to college. She waited 4 hours today to catch the bus home and it drove right past her. I am now driving to sarnia using gas i need to use for work to go pick her up. I'm just glad She had a safe place to wait for 30 min til I got there đŸ€Ź

Absolutely horrible service that will leave you stranded an hour and half away from home with a 9 year old child.
The bus driver will tell you, you should gotten a sitter instead of bringing your child to the beach.
Horrible, not recommended to anyone unless they wanna be stranded and belittled for treating your child to a day at the beach.

Pros:
-bus service that goes through my small town so I can get to the city
-economically feasible at $5
-easy online access to reload transit card as well as cash payment option

Cons:
-Need more busses and time availability (which I'm sure will come with time)
-the occasional few mins late (all bus systems run behind schedule sometimes though)
