This is a ridiculous shipping company. I picked ICS Courier to handle my package which was dropped off to their drop off location (a variety store). Called the agent after the package was not traceable, they took an hour to confirm that the variety store was indeed a valid drop off location (I found this location on their website) and told me it had not been picked up from their variety store Depot location yet. The next day called again was told the same thing it was not picked up and that they would pick it up the following day.

Here we are over a week later the package is still sitting at their variety store drop off location, the package is still not traceable, and the agents (on my fifth call now repeating the same process over and over again) assure me it will be picked up tomorrow. I have a feeling the same thing will happen where the package will still be sitting at the variety store and nobody will have picked it up now after over a week on what was supposed to be "next day" service.

Beware! Do not use this company. Spend a few dollars more and use Canada Post, or UPS, or Purolator, or some other REAL shipping company! Don't make the same mistake I did.

By the way, when you call, and I've called over six times now, you will be on hold for exactly 25 minutes before an agent answers your call, and during your call you will be put on hold for many more minutes while they investigate your case. The outcome will be the same they will promise you that their head office will call you back or pick up your package or deliver it in time but this will never happen. It seems there is no accountability at this company and you'll just be dealing with the agents in the Philippines who have absolutely no insight (except what you can already see online using the tracking tool) and no power to help you besides sending a message to the head office on your behalf.

Oh and lastly don't bother sending them an email to their customer service email address they won't answer you!

They were given a delivery and couldn’t deliver so they said they would take it somewhere close. The place they chose is miles away. ICS are useless at their job. They don’t deliver /you have to pick up. They were to deliver yesterday and it will be tomorrow before it is back at their office. Totally useless

These jerks will ruin your day. The lazy jeroff delivery driver never even made an attempt he just lied and said nobody is home on the tracking. I have camera proof you were never here. I will be charging back my credit card and never using this garbage service again.

They left a sorry we missed you note, said they would try again the next day. I signed the note for them to leave the package at my door. Two days later my neighbor knocked at my door, they delivered it to her instead without the signed note that's gave them permission to leave it. Thank goodness she is a good neighbor as I had $700 worth of product in the box. Not impressed!

ICS Courier Tracking said package was out for Delivery 2 days in a row. It wasn’t even on a truck. When I called to inquire about this, I was placed on hold for them to look into it and hung up on. My wife proceeded to call them and drive in to pick it up. She was told the warehouse opened at 8am, but it didn’t open until 9am. Also told by one customer rep that my wife could pick it up on Saturday, but another said they were closed on weekends! After my wife picked up the package, the tracking changed to “DELIVERED”. It was never delivered, it was picked up because ICS Courier couldn’t do their job.

Joke of a delivery company. Ordered a package, paid for 1-2 day shipping. Package was coming from only 5 hours away. Was supposed to be delivered Monday, tracking said out for delivery. Never showed. Went out AGAIN for delivery Tuesday.. never came. AGAIN out for delivery Wednesday, still no package. It's now Thursday (a week after purchase) and so far still no package... Absolute joke.

Wish I could give zero stars. After sending multiple emails to their customer service looking for an answer, and receiving nothing, I wrote a review... Guess that's what it takes for them to respond as their very "professional response" is

"Ya we definitely suck... Don't use us"...

I've emailed the company the package is from and sent them all this, hopefully they'll be losing a customer soon

ordered same day pickup. didn't come, reminded them the next day and they confirmed they would come. now they say it won't be until monday... thats 4 days late for a same day pickup.

Tried again and again they didnt come, called to see why. They said they came and nothing was there. My security cameras prove they didn't come.
