My order says delivered two days after I ordered from a local Calgary company.
My significant other was home all day on the day of delivery. Never got my package, nobody rang a door bell. We have packaged sit on our doorstep all day and never had one stolen. Probably didn't even deliver is after seeing the reviews for this company, I paid extra for delivery and now I have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up and won't get the $12.95 delivery fee back.

Real bad service. I do not recommend this outfit.
Parcel delivery…………they dont ring your bell or phone. They just put a sticker on the door, saying to pick it up. No second attempt for delivery. No address on the sticker or phone number. You got to find all that yourself on line.
Only one office in Calgary, north of the airport, from where we live a 40 minute ride
They obviously never bothered arranging for pickups at convenience or drug stores. Some “courier” company, some effen service.
They should take lessons from Amazon, who gives you a timeline, gives you delivery options, who is always in time, does multiple try deliveries and good customer service!

I had a very frustrating experience with ICS. After waiting over 40 minutes on hold, I was informed by the Representative I spoke to that the driver ‘forgot’ to print the waybill for my scheduled pick-up request so it wasn't going to happen.

I was told it was impossible for Customer Service to contact the driver or have someone print the waybill in time for the pick-up as planned. Rescheduling my pick up to the following business day couldn't be guaranteed either.

When I asked for a credit or refund, I was told to hang up and to call the Billing Department myself. After complaining to the Rep and asking to speak to the Supervisor, my call was suddenly disconnected by the Rep!! Wow!!!

A company so bad I need to add to my original review.
If you thought that you had dealt with a bad company here in Calgary, you have no idea. Monday I missed work to wait for my delivery and of course like many other reviews on this website, they never bothered to knock or ring. Legit the worst delivery company I’ve ever had to deal with .
Missed 4 days of work total to try to sign for a package. Of course they never came.
The customer service doesn’t a lick of English .
Brutal and honestly not worth the hassle. I would never use this company by choice ever again

Well, like many others, courier didn't even bother to attempt or deliver the package. This place is such a joke - why don't they just advertise as a "point of delivery" hub instead of a courier service? Then you could stop wasting team and not set the expectation of delivery. You are absolutely disgraceful and deserve to be bankrupt.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in my life having to deal with this place and drive 30 minutes to reach this dump, therefore I didn't even bother wasting my time waiting around. I should also note that the customer service at their pickup location is also just annoying and slow. I recommend ANYONE who needs to go there to retrieve your package, don't expect this to be a quick process. Take some deep breaths before going in and use this as an opportunity to practice patience - that's the only positive thing you can get out of this experience.

I would give ICS a 0 if I could but I can’t. I would choose Canada post over this delivery company.
Ring or knock on a door. It’s not the end of the world.
They made me go on a scavenger hunt for my package that was at the warehouse the entire time. They told me to call UPS, they had my package. UPS says they’ve never received my package. Now ICS they sent it back to Ontario because I didn’t pick it up in the 5 business days. I WAS THERE THE SECOND DAY TO PICK IT UP.
And now I have to wait another week for my package.

This company is trash. They didn't attempt to buzz my buzzer nor did they write a pick up location on my notice. I checked online and nothing... Called the company and was told one location. Walked there and they said they haven't received anything from the company for months. Called back and was told a different location. Went there and nothing. Now I can't seem to get a hold of anywhere. I don't drive and they want me to travel from South of downtown to North of the airport? What a joke.

I actually had a pretty good experience with ICS! I had only read all the reviews after making my order and immediately got anxious that my order was either going to get lost or never come to my door. But it was pretty straight forward! I placed my order on Monday, December 2nd and it arrived in Calgary Friday, December 6th. It was out for delivery all day the 6th but wasn't able to be delivered so the new ETA was Monday the 9th (because they're closed over the weekend). Because of this I was starting to get a little worried because Sunday night was pushed again to be delivered on Tuesday so it made me a little worried.

I woke up this morning saying it was out for delivery! Although I was skeptical, it actually arrived at 5:50pm! I didn't get the famous "sticker on the door" saying to pick it up at their location, it was dropped off at my door just fine!

I took the time to write this review as every other review is extremely negative which I do not doubt at all that they had issues, but I wanted anyone reading this to know that I actually had a pretty good experience especially amid the strike.
