Love the elegance and quality of IKEA’s MAJGULL blackout curtains. Amazed at the speed and efficiency of the online -staff who personally assisted me with my order and arranged for my order to be delivered to my door in Penticton BC. They even phoned back with stalk that was not available & zoom, bang my ordered was at my door. Yeah I love Ikea”s bedding, curtains and organizational products and now I can shop comfortably from home and then have it delivered within days. 😊

This place is a Joke. Ikea doesn't have a clue where they are sending stuff. Don't even bother trying to pick up parcels here.

We called multiple times ahead of time, no answer. We drove out to the location to pick up the item that Ikea customer service told us would be there, walked in and woke the guy up that was sleeping at the front desk. Keep in mind we called a bunch of times prior and on the way there and got no answer.

Avoid shipping to this place if you are in Kelowna. Get it to your door so you actually get what you ordered.
