I read tons of bad reviews and was totally freaked out, but my experience was awesome! My stuff was supposed to arrive May 30th, but I got an email on the 26th saying it was ready, and it was! The warehouse guys were great. One even helped me load my truck with the heavy boxes.

I'm so happy with everything. It was a huge order, and getting it a week early was amazing. I really hope they open an IKEA in Saskatoon someday.

Seriously sketchy dark warehouse area with no signage and no one around. I entered an open loading door and yelled hello a few times. Finally found a person inside a trailer who really didn't know where my order was. I won't order again.

Awful delivery service!!!!
Twice order from Edmonton IKEA with delivery to Saskatoon and twice delivery never showed up so I just cancelled the order. Why ikea provide such service at all? First order was to collect center and second for home delivery. Order was made on September 20th and scheduled for home delivery for October 4th from 9am to 9pm , I took a day off as I need this furniture cause I’m moving and have no bed where to sleep. And of course it wasn’t delivered. Disappointed! And better not to order for delivery only if you plan to visit store

The WORST experience EVER!!!!

We recognize it's a group effort. Ikea needs to actually ship the items for it to make it to the pick-up point. The customer service is literally Trash!!!!! They are amazing at lying to get you off of the phone. They never have a response and when they do it's never the same.

I would not only not have items shipped from ikea I refuse to enter one of their stores.

I'm relieved that we did not end up getting our kitchen because we likely dodged a bullet.

I received text message 2 weeks ago that my order will arrive that day. I cancelled my appointments to wait for it. Nobody came I waited the next day and still nobody came to deliver. I phoned to follow up and they’re pointing fingers no one can tell where exactly is the package. Manituolin, the transport they hired told me that IKEA just put it in their system and didn’t hand the package yet. IKEA agent said “transport staff is lying” and so I knew nothing can be done but to cancel it. I don’t wanna deal with them now knowing when can I really my package be delivered. I was told by IKEA staff that they cannot tell the exact date of delivery since I live in a remote area. Too bad! No more ordering online for me from IKEA.

I ordered Sept. 3 and was supposed to get my order Sept 8. I heard nothing at all, the status of my order never changed. I ended up calling towards the mid/end of September and they were unable to help me. I finally just did the online live chat and they changed the date for pickup to Sept. 27th. On the 27th, my husband went to pickup and it wasn’t ready. It had just been delivered but not sorted through and said to come back the 28th. Finally on the 28th, he went back but things were still super unorganized and they had to find each item from our order. Overall, it was such a mess and for the $99 delivery fee to a pickup point, not worth it. I love my items (thankfully) but I will never do another online order through IKEA unfortunately.
