Moving across the world is no joke! Do your homework.. don’t be a procrastinator. Shipping your whole life across the world is not like ordering from Amazon Prime. It’s not a one click add to cart and then in two days your container arrives. There are MANY moving parts and hoops. iLines International did their upmost best down to the end for us.
Be patient with them. They will come through for you. If they tell you to do something, DO IT. Stay on top of things. iLines has MANY clients and shipping containers all over the world - it’s hectic for them so have some grace. It will be returned.

Get your customs clearance done ASAP!! Not doing so will delay your container thus having it held at port hents extra fees. That’s probably where the other comments speak of “hidden fees”…

Remember what iLines gave you was a quote depends on fuel prices and ship charges ST THE TOME OF YOUR QUOTE- budget accordingly… that way there’s no surprises and you’re left with enough moola to get your container delivered…

Our container actually arrived ahead of schedule. We did option door-to-door .. highly recommended… when we felt nervous and reached out, Vinny called.. they really cared about us as a client.

Not going to lie, the other reviews scared the sh!$ out of us. But NOTHING bad happened. We even received our deposit.

Thank you, Vinny for providing the comfort when needed and Rachel for always answering our emails.
