Would not recommend. Guy was nice, Mandy is very pushy I saw her twice and saw the guy a few times but didn’t find it helped. Found her very judgemental I don’t go to a place like that to feel I’m at work being talked to by a boss. She needs better people skills.

My experience at Coaldale Impact Physio was very good. All the staff are amazing people, very helpful, and understanding. The facility is very organized and clean. And the treatments were very helpful to me. I highly recommend this place for any and all physiotherapy needs.

Friendly staff. I hurt my knee and they were quick to get me in and on the road to healing. Both physiotherapists are professional, kind and helpful. So far treatment is helping me. I also like the convenience of their location. The office is bright and clean.

Ive seen Manasi twice now for two seperate injuries. She is absolutely amazing at her job. She is so personable and makes physio enjoyable to go too. I wouldn't recomend any one else; she is just that good!!

I love this clinic! I have been seeing Jody for massage therapy at the clinic for quite a while, she is amazing! She is so happy during all her appointments, always consults at the beginning of each appointment to make sure what my problem areas are that day, and I am able to book times that work for me (evenings).

Jody mentioned during one of our appointments that their physio team is excellent, so I recently went for physio for a vertigo issue. I saw Mayank Patel, who was just fabulous! He asked me a lot of questions to fully understand what was happening, explained a lot of very technical terms in a way I could understand, and gave me lots of options to reach him if I had questions in between appointments. Best of all, the physio worked!

They also booked me in really quickly, I was able to get a same day appointment after getting my doctor referral (insurance required it), and when I had a relapse after a couple of weeks, they were able to squeeze me in with very short notice as it was an emergency appointment.

I will definitely be back!

I went to Impact Health (Manasi) for knee/leg pain. She explained everything she was doing, gave me exercises to perform at home to aid in my healing process and was overall just a wonderful person. I am now better and am grateful to everyone at Impact Health for the encouragement and friendliness. I highly recommend Manasi and Impact Health.
