7 semanas para que que llenaran mis taxes y al final me querían cobrar 800 dólares por el servicio

Y como dije que no , querían que les pagara 300 $ dólares de consulta para devolverme mis cheques y como me negué a pagar lo que pedían no me quieren devolver mis cheques que les di para que hicieran mis taxes ..
son unos grandes estafadores.. les recomiendo que no usen sus servicios..

Not even worth one star!!! Very unprofessional. I had mine and friends tax’s done here found out from IRS they were never summited. Tried getting ahold of Juan for almost a month. You can’t get anyone on the phone and he’s never at the office and when you do get him he says he’ll get back with me and never does. DO NOT USE!!!!! Not

Horrible place for a tax service business. Check credentials! All IRS tax preparers must me certified in the current year requiring a $5000 bond and other accreditation things including a number of hours of training Etc. this place does not have and you can easily search online : CTEC certified IRS tax preparer will take you to a simple IRS search database. Trust me this place is so unprofessional!

Very unprofessional. I did my taxes with Juan Sampson everything was good, but when I pay for the service I make the payment twice by mistake and I didn't realize at the moment because it was very late, so the next day I checked my bank account and I noticed that I did a double payment by mistake, I called and texted him and he never answered. I did my taxes on June 13th and I have been trying to communicate with him since that day and he never answer. I'm still waiting for my money back ? looks like he's happy with my money and he doesn't wants to return it. It have been 3 months and I don't think he is going to return my $480.00 dollars.
He doesn't know about costumer service and his wife who works with him in the office now doesn't want to answer the phone too.

I would totally recommend anyone to Infinity Solutions Corp. It’s a Family run Establishment and very great customer service! Go check out Juan Carlos Sampson he has many years of experience very honest guy. I have been a customer for about 4+years. He definitely makes sure you get the max refund back!

Infinity Solutions is the place to go for filling your taxes. They are professional, and a very friendly staff will take care of you. Juan Carlos Sampson and Victor Sampson are awesome. I will strongly recommend them. Being doing my taxes with them for 15 years. Go Visit Them!!!

This is my 2nd year doing my taxes with them, no problems with my returns. Juan explains well what he is doing and is knowledgeable about taxes. The wait at the visit is well worth it. Family oriented business. Relaxed atmosphere.

Ok I went to them in February and stayed in their office until 3am finishing my taxes. Then I did not get my return and 60 days had passed. I tried calling them several times and left messages and no one returned my call. I had to call the IRS and wait for an hour on the phone for them to tell me that my taxes were never submitted. I called Infinity and no one again called me back. I went to the office since they said they open at 9 am and waited in the parking lot for an hour and no one was there. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL business I've seen. I'll never use them again. I had to go to a real tax accountant to redo this whole process again. Highly suggest not using them. If i had not called the IRS my taxes would have been late this year because now I'm stuck doing them 1 week before the 15th.I am royally pissed off. They could have cost me a penalty
