London to Pearson Airport. The bus is not well kept. Reeks of the smell of cigarette. Not good for someone with a sensitive sense of smell. The inside of the station (waiting area) is a bit dark and looks deserted.The 8:30 am bus left at 8:42. It can do better with some maintenance improvement and better time management.

I recently took the bus from Toronto Pearson Airport to my city and had a smooth and pleasant experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and arrived on time. A special thanks to Narinder from customer service, who was incredibly helpful and patient in guiding me through the boarding process. His friendly attitude made the start of my journey stress-free. This company sold me a ticket for midnight then canceled the bus and rescheduled me to 2am. They expected me to sit at the airport for 2 hours, when I asked to be moved up they didn't reply to me until I was already flying and the answer was no. Another bus line (ONEX) brought me home. Intercity has not replied to my requests for refund even though they canceled the bus. It wasn't delayed. I would give zero stars if I could.

Upon arriving from a long international flight with my family, including two young children under the age of three, we unfortunately missed our originally scheduled bus. They promptly arranged for us to board the next available bus and ensured that our travel experience remained smooth and stress-free.

He had an immediate response to help me figure out the transit and sending me new tickets. They also send quick link for bus live location on email. The ride was smooth, clean and very comfortable. Yesterday I traveled from London to Toronto Pearson Airport with Intercity Bus and had a great experience! The ride was smooth, on time, and very comfortable. Moiz was especially helpful—he took the time to explain the services they offer, I was informed that Intercity Bus has the most pickup locations in London, with 17 stops, making it easy for passengers to choose the nearest one when booking a ticket which is very impressive and convenient. His excellent customer service made the trip even better. Highly recommend Intercity Bus for a hassle-free journey! 🚍👍

I routinely use Intercity to commute around the province. I’ve never had any issue. The buses are on time, clean, and comfortable. The staff is also quite friendly. Recently I had accidentally booked my ticket for the wrong date, and needed to make it to the airport to catch a connection.

Maq, at the bus terminal in London (ON) was so kind to help me fix my mistake. He made sure I was on the next bus and that my ticket was transferred over. While he didn’t need to do this, he was kind enough to do so.

This is in stark contrast to other experiences I’ve had with other carries, where buses are late, dirty, and staff often unhelpful. Customer experience matters, even if it means paying a little more. Intercity bus, thank you for your consistency and great service. Maq, thank you for making sure I made my connecting flight.
