Was just in the Oliver office and worked with, Kathy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all the questions I had and very quickly helped with the renewals of our vehicle and utility trailer insurance and the replacement of an old plate. We have dealt with this office for the past three years and have always found their representatives to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this office.

I called Zach Schoug at the Oliver office stressed about finding out our trailer was actually not insured. As we had moved I lost track of the policy. He was beyond helpful and had everything completed within 3 days. Communication was excellent and his professionalism was beyond reproach. Very grateful. Highly recommend and appreciated.
