Complètement INUTILE. Vous appelez il vous transfert en Floride qui vous transfert a Madrid. AC, West Jet vous oblige d'utilisé IATA pour les dépots. On paye 500$ pour recevoir de la marde comme service.

Cool place, but please make a standard for airport codes man. Seriously, make it 4 digits if you have to, Hexadecimal even!

Two things. Why are airlines not forced to get rid of the bacterial laden cabin air by fresh air like used to be the case. Passengers are getting sick all the time, 6-12 hours after a flight.
The other issue is the Malaysian Airline Boeing that has disappeared. We have so many continuous systems for tracking/monitoring like the Iridium system. We have Eisenhower black boxes and I am sure even the General would say what we have and what we do not use is idiotic.
I used to walk by your building on my way to McGill as a student and had respect for your mandate. You are now just a decaying bureaucracy that is out of touch with passengers needs and technologies.

Don't try to contact IATA in Canada if you have issues. Not responsive. And they hide the phone number on their website.
