We recently had Elmer service our newly purchased hot tub after we encountered an issue with the waterfall feature.

When Elmer arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the waterfall and got to work replacing the waterfall plate. What stood out to me wasn't just his technical skills, but the thoroughness with which he approached his job. Knowing that our hot tub was brand new, he took the time to review our entire setup with us.

Elmer asked insightful questions about how we planned to use the hot tub and how we were managing the chemicals. His attention to detail was remarkable—he didn’t just fix the issue; he ensured we understood how to take care of our hot tub moving forward. He shared valuable tips on extending the life of our cover and cushions, which I truly appreciated.

The delivery was very smooth and the set up and care information provided by his staff upon delivery was better than any company we have dealt with for a hot tub (we have purchased 3 others in the past, all from different companies).
