Haven't bought a Meat pack at JDs in many years . The new owners have great Meat in the packs . Simply delicious . Have had the Pork chops , Beef sausages and Chicken Thighs so far . Gotta say that we haven't had a bad bite yet 👌

I haven't bought groceries but the fried chicken is great, much better than the mainstream competition in town, and the pork dry ribs, which are actually boneless pork bites, are also fantastic. Both items are also very well priced. Deffinetly worth trying out. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful anytime I've been in. Too bad they close so early!

Absolutely love this place!
I was so happy to find a decent priced and great quality store within my local area.
I found all the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
I will definitely be making it one of my favorite weekly shopping places.

Lovely little meat store with a lot of selection. Have ready-made fried chicken if you're looking for a quick bite. We even spotted bumbleberry pie in the freezer.

Nostalgic for me, as I used to walk here to grab sodas / snacks when I was a kid.

Awesome little store. Don't let the outside fool you. It isn't rinky dink. Lots of choices. Super fantastic bacon. Homemade bread and sausages. Clean store. Friendly staff. Ask for Fraser he is very helpful.

You can order meat packages.
Fresh bakery, seafood....and bacon. Plus, premade meat pies.
It's my go to for lunch or a late dinner.
It is my favorite store. Excellent service, friendly faces and decent prices for all the hard work they put into their business everyday.

Lovely store, but the inflation is real. Used to be able to shop here all the time, now I can get wedges sometimes 😂 Delicious meats and appetizers though, I just wish it was still affordable.

We used to shop here often. We haven't been in a while so we decided to get chicken, pork ribs and potatoe wedges for dinner.

We were hungry and undecided on how much food was enough for us. The staff made us feel rushed and I did not feel like they had patience for us being there. We didn't get to choose our chicken like we used to the last time I visited. Our food was thrown in a box and they wouldn't show us what we were buying.

I asked for a small wedges on the side and when I got home, I couldn't believe the small amount of wedges we had in our box. The food was very greasy and I was sick on the couch for 3hrs until my stomach settled.

I probably wont be back here for a long time. We might return for barbeque burgers as they do a great job with these.
