Porta potty on site.
Come early if possible or it gets busy and hard to back your 53’ with bunk if trucks are docked on opposite side. Might end up blind backing up to dock or have to wait until traffic clears. Poor design and not enough space in between buildings to back in 53’ makes it just a waste of structure.

You guys cant be rude with Drivers. For Cross dock these guys want payment first and then ask the Drivers to wait until they finish their job. Took 5hr to cross dock

One of the worse place for pickup and dropping we are waiting here from last 3-4 hours they loaded our trailer but they don’t have paperwork for that load. How can we move our truck from here without paperwork.
They don’t have proper parking and yard is full of mud. Pick your load from this company your our risk. They are also having yard in Surrey also they are also same like these guys.

This is the worst delivery site which i ever visited.they just opened the business and don't know how to run business.very poor management and very unprofessional people.
They don't even have paperwork of their loads.do pickups from here on your risk.

Cross docked here with 6 pallets cologn out of Winnipeg. Fast and offloaded me once other truck was gone. Only two bays so I would think there court be a wait if some trucks showed up. Good guys

Not a bad place. It was my 1st time picking up there.. It's a little tricky to back in too but that's not a problem for a good driver like me. They seem to know what they're doing. I would not have a problem if this patch told me I had to go pick up there again
