The worst transport company I have ever seen in my life. My supplier shipped a container from Toronto to go to Humboldt, SK. It made it to Saskatoon with Day & Ross where the shipment was transferred to Jay's Transportation to be delivered in Humboldt. The lady who answered the phone advised the shipping company that in her opinion, my inquiry as to when the delivery would take place was "extremely rude." Therefore, she returned the shipment to Day & Ross, refusing to deliver a $2,000.00 mobility scooter for a disabled senior who is in desperate need of this equipment to enjoy life. This is gross abuse of power and no different that abusing seniors or disabled people. This Company has a horrible reputation. My shipment arrived in Saskatoon on November 11, 2024. It is now November 26, 2024 and still not delivered because Jay's Transportation is blocking all shipping possibility. This is pure evil, no less than Satanic.

The policy of companies is that when they are mistreated over the telephone, they hang up on the customer. This never occurred because there was no misbehavior involved. The lady who answered the telephone will not identify herself, nor provide exactly what was said that according to her was "extremely rude", this being proof that she fabricated the slander because the trucking company is unable to deliver the shipment that is too large for one truck driver to handle when it would require two persons to manage a 210 lb crate delivery to a residence. This is how Jay's Transport dump the customers when it does not want to deliver to certain residence, it fabricates a lie that the customer was rude to the anonymous employee on the telephone.

Costco needs to find a new delivery company for on line orders. We ordered a complete patio set and the first two came damaged. Looked like the box was dropped off the truck. We were supposed to have our 3rd set delivered yesterday at 3:00. Called Jays at 4:30 and the dispatcher said they had 2 more deliveries and they would be there. Needless to say they didn’t show and didn’t have the consideration to even phone. Not impressed will be contacting Costco to let them know as well.

Poor Service! I hope Costco finds another company to provide delivery for online orders. They scheduled a washer to be delivered, I confirmed. On the day of delivery, they called to say they can't find my order. They said, they'll prioritize first thing when the dispatcher is back after the long weekend and that they'll call me. Waited, but didn't receive a call. I followed up then they said that the product is there but they can't deliver right away because they're fully book for the week and they can't confirm when they could deliver. I cannot wait for another week or two! We need to wash our clothes! Costco provides the best service for its members, it's companies like Jay's that messes them up.

They didnt call me to book a time and when I called to inquired they told me someone had scheuduled it already. The item was in my house so I had to be there. They even said oh someone called and spoke to you already. Then the driver they sent was struggling with the item and asked if he could enlist my neighbors help . Then he scratched my door he admitted he scratched it but tried to dismiss that by pointing out other preexisting flaws in the door. 100% would avoid this company.

Very rude and very unprofessional service. Initially, my delivery of the appliances purchased from Costco was scheduled on a certain date. A week before the scheduled date, one of their agents called me saying they did not have enough resources and wondered if I could reschedule the delivery. Then I decided to give them some convenience so I told them I could take the delivery anytime from Tuesday to Thursday a week after. Then the agent decided to deliver them on Thursday. In the morning of Thursday, I made phone call to them to see when they would come. Then the same woman spoke to me in a rude tone that it was scheduled for the next Monday and sounded like it was my fault. I believe she changed the date by herself without telling me because I knew for sure I had no time on that day. What could happen if I did not call them to confirm? Later on she said she could reschedule the delivery on Friday. I told her that I would only be available in the morning and proposed a new date. The woman said she could "do her best" to let them deliver it in the morning. Okay fine, I did not want to talk to them anymore so I agreed. I bet $1000000000000000000000 here that they will not come in the morning. No apologies during the whole conversation. I am going to write a complaint to Costco.

we reached at 6 pm yesterday. and he said we are not off load. but when i called to afternoon they said we are 24 hour reciveing. but when i reached then they change. the ton and. behave like. we are not human we take risik from regina ton saskatoon durinig to bad wheather next day. i reach on 7 am. then they said wait till 8 am. now 9 am and not done unloading. so take a. long time to unloading only 7 pillets
