I would like to share my experience with Jenik Services Inc.
Honestly, they were accurate in timing and other things. I have one problem with them. I shipped 4 cars with them. They loaded them in the container. They charged me $1000 for loading, as they are professionals.
But I shocked after cars arrived to destination. I found that the cars were not loaded properly. One guy did the loading in around two hours. He has the following loading mistakes.
- He should take off the tires of cars to make more spaces between cars, container sides, and top. One car has a roof damage cause it was stuck to the top of container and other car was hitting the end of the container
- damage by chain.
- cars weren't fixed with straps. cars were hitting the right and left side of the container

In total, It costs me around $7000-8000 extra costs to repair the damage.

Jenik Freight, was the 4th company that we received a quote from and by far the most professional and responsive. We received our quote within 24 hours, it was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was clear that they knew the process.

Our container was being moved from Edmonton, Alberta to Carriacou, Grenada. It took approx. 8 weeks to arrive and we were able to track it every step of the way.

I highly recommend and will use them in the future:)
