The JIT team has always been organized, courteous to the extreme, on time, and easy to communicate with. Been using JIT for six years to travel from Waterloo to Pearson and their service leaves the competitors in the dust. Great value for the money. I have also used them for custom trips in the KW/Cambridge area and Toronto and find them very accommodating. Guess you could say I am a fan!

My experience was really smooth and reassuring. The staff were professional from the first meeting to the last point. The driver was polite and friendly. Especially when our flight was delayed, they contacted us and waited for us. I think this is the best service I've ever had.

I have had the pleasure of using JIT several times for trips to and from Pearson airport. The service from JIT has been stellar each and every time. In fact one day my flight was so delayed, they waited several hours for me!! And communicated with me via text every step of the way to let me know that they would indeed wait and that I would be taken care of. I find the drivers polite and professional. The vehicles are always clean. The communication is also by far phenomenal. Always get an email the day before letting me know who the driver is, how to communicate with them, and then I get a text from the driver on the day. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Recently, my friends and I attended an event in Mississauga and needed transportation to Waterloo, which is about an hour trip. I decided to use JIT for the first time as it was an emergency and I had to leave from a super crowded event. I must say, I am extremely impressed with their service. Although it wasn't even an airport trip, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The communication was great throughout and it wasn’t stressful at all, which was a relief given the circumstances. Unfortunately, I don't remember the driver's name, but he made the ride comfortable, the car was very clean, and they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for their professionalism and excellent service. Will definitely use them again in the future!
