Used this company twice and never again. Delivering driver come to my house tonight at 9.15pm with an attitude, complaining about not being able to get the crate on and it’s heavy. The crate is not heavy at all, I explained how to lift the crate and he didn’t want to hear and said to take everything out and pack it on the van. Joker! The other times using this company they change the price when we got to the office with the last crate. Now I know WI shipping send crates at the same price, I’ll never use JP ram again. Plus they don’t have brokers on the island. Terrible service. DO NOT USE!

Would be helpful if on booking the company advised of their delivery times which are between midnight and 6.00 am. When contacting the company by telephone I found the level of Customer Service to be poor. Disinterested, unhelpful, appeared irritated when asking questions. Delivery Driver was friendly upon delivery of barrel, however, scheduled collection failed.

I hv read bad reports about JP Ram Shipping.
I hv had things shipped in the past using this agent. I must say i never had any trouble. In fact they saved me money with good advice. I hv been to the offices personally and found they gave me the time to deal with my needs. Door to door delivery was prompt and efficient.
I will be using them again and advise anybody else too. The only reason I give four stars is that nobody's perfect.

Again I hv used JP Logistics as my freight forwarder. . Everything went perfect! Goods arrived on time (Received 25 September 2024) with good communication. I like JP Ram attention to detail. Heard negatives about JP Logistics such as don't hv a broker in jamaica. If they don't, so what. But do hv a relationship with Jamaica Freight who are situated just across the road from the wharf in jamaica. They are a extremely competent team very professional when you speak with them. Sure there are going to be problems but it how they are resolved. Keep up the good work JP Logistics

Very bad experience. Ordered an empty barrel and on the day of collection the truck driver collected £115 for shipping and £48 for the barrel when time to collect the barrel they saying money outstanding why the barrel is held up. I was so surprised the truck driver only took the money but never gave a receipt so its safe to say that money disappeared with out a trace!!! so now i have to pay x2 which is so unfair and very dishonest. Very unpleaslant experience and ive been calling serveral times and all they say is a manager will be in touch with me

Absolutely disgusted. I was woken up at 1am on a Tuesday morning by these clowns loading a van with barrels from a neighbours house. The noise of van doors slamming shut, the noise barrels coming down the path and down the curb was rude and quite frankly disrespectful to people trying to sleep. If this EVER happens again, the police will be getting involved.

I’ve been shipping with JP Rama lot. The last time I shipped something with them it has been damaged when it reached the destination.The agent at the destination told me that the item has been received damaged. I contacted JP RAM about it , they requested photos of the damaged item. I have sent over the photos to them, they said they’re going to investigate it. I haven’t heard from them for a while. Anytime I call them they telling me the same stories that the phone is busy and they haven’t get the chance to look into it yet. The problem occurred over a month and I’m still hearing the same excuses that the phone is busy.

The service is poor the delivery driver friendly how ever they was a day late given wrong podtcode wrong phone number this happen 2 years running even though e founle checked charged me another ,£5 otherwise my barrel would not be released you all are incompetent i will never used them again neither my friends also never arrived on given date

November 2020 I payed Jp Ram and prout distribution to ship 2 barrels and some solar panels to Jamaica from the uk, the items in my barrels are of high value. only 1 of the barrels and the solar panels arrived in jamaica, when I rang the companies to complain , I was given excuses that my missing barrel went to another Country( montserrat) , I have been waiting over 2 years now for them to either deliver my battle to Jamaica or return them back to the uk, I sent them a letter this week giving them 10 days to compensate me or I will be taking it to the small Claims court, I have had the phone hung up on me many times , they have ignored my emails and calls. Some of the items in the barrels are food stuff to which I assume have now passed their expiry date. The total value of the items in the barrels are £3210, some of the items that are inside the barrel are of sentimental value and some very expensive clothes and power tools . The barrels was suppose to arrive in Jamaica at the start of December 2020 . Disgraceful!
