A real pleasure working with Gavin the manager. I had considerable work to be done prior to leaving on a long trip and required the work to be completed by a certain day. Gavin was very accommodating and patient with my many phone calls. In the end my vehicle was even done early! Excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Was on holidays in North Dakota and limped home nervously and cautiously with a tire bulge. Needed my vehicle for another trip the next morning and Gavin got me in by the end of the day. Great service as always at Kal Tire in Carlyle!

A person will without a doubt be treated like you are family. Best all around prices, service and hospitality. They can be trusted and do what they say. In today’s markets that’s not an option in other garages or competing firms.
Too bad they don’t sell Fords! Far better service and respect at Kal Tire

Guys here replaced a trailer tire for me. Kinda of an oddball size and type. They had a good amount in stock. They even let me take home an old tire tube for a project at home. These guys are great.

Our vehicle had a slow leak and instead of leaving it and hoping it would go away, stopped in at Kal Tire in Carlyle. We were travelling across the country. And as with any business (and especially in this pandemic environment) was dreading the long wait for them to look at it, let alone fix it making us even more late than ever. Well, Gavin stepped up to the plate, took hold of the situation, and immediately, and I stress immediately, got our vehicle in to the service bay. He was not pushy, was knowledgeable, and answered all questions patiently and made recommendations. Now the tire was worse off than I thought, but the other tire on the front was in just as bad shape. So Gavin gave us options and we were able to make an informed decision as to what we needed to do. Gavin was friendly. I am not surprised by the good, high level of service at Kal Tire as this is my second dealing with Kal Tire when I've been travelling. What a relief to know that I can go to Kal Tire and not get taken advantage of. Gavin, your efforts were noticed. Keep up the good work.

Took my daughter's vehicle in to be serviced, DONE the same day! No more issues, thorough inspection, good work, reasonable rates & exceptional customer service. Definitely recommend Carlyle Kal Tire for vehicle service.

Definitely won’t be returning and will not recommend this business to anyone. I went in to have my tires changed, which went good but then a day later almost all of my lug nuts were loose and one fell off. We called and they said they would replace it which I was happy about, we finally went in today and got nothing but attitude and instead of replacing it like they said and made us wait 25 mins and then they tried to charge us for it and printed off a paper and highlighted “the fine print” as I would call it. Instead of doing this after the initial Tire change they done it after we drove to them almost a week later. The manager made us feel very unwelcome and didn’t communicate well to resolve the issue. All in all a very bad experience at this business.
