Had the pleasure of riding with John for our golf weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He picked us up in the morning right on time, and the bus was clean, comfortable, and ready to go.

After a long day out on the course, John was back that evening to get us home safely again, perfectly on time and with a easygoing attitude that made the ride so enjoyable. He’s not just reliable, he’s genuinely a pleasure to be around. Great sense of humour, laid back but professional, and clearly someone who takes pride in what he does. Can’t recommend John enough !

Took the shuttle from airport to downtown at midnight on Saturday night. Our driver John was fantastic. Personable, helpful and a gentleman. He loves his job. Also had sent a couple of emails to Jack to confirm the midnight availability - very quick response. We recommend this service.

We hired John to drive the shuttle bus for our wedding this Saturday. He was FANTASTIC. He drove our wedding guests anywhere they wanted to go. Highly suggest hiring them for any special events or shuttle needs.

Was booked for a midnight pickup and had confirmed days before and all was set. Got to airport in Calgary and checked again and was told he thought it was 10:00 and could not accommodate us. Had to scramble to get home. Not a very reliable service. Late flights into Kamloops from Calgary are always at midnight.

Was quoted one price on the phone. Then charged more when we got to the airport. Then on the return flight home. Called to double check once we got to Calgary before our flight home. Then was told they thought we were flying in at 10pm. My wife had contacted them 3 days before for the booking . Horrible for booking in advance.

Absolute worst!! Do not reserve with this company if you need to make a flight. I reserved 3 days before my flight, was assured they would be there to pick me up at 4:30 am only to be informed a few hours before my flight they would not take me. Left me scrambling to find an alternative way of getting to the airport. Total joke!!
