Kent is my favourite store. Not for pricing but the staff are the friendliest. I shop all departments there and go to my favourite in each department.The lady in hardware is excellent in helping and explaining how to do things. The paint department guy is so friendly and helpful. The two older ladies on cash are the greatest. Even customer service is fantastic. Keep up the great work with customer service.

The people are great and helpful unlike in Home Depot. The only thing I can say negative is, it is very expensive compared to Home Depot. You go in to Kent and walk out happy. You are treated well and they listen. They go with you to make sure u find your item. No pointing or saying, in isle 6. Service is worth the price.

The staffs there are really nice! They have helped me with choosing the correct numbers of plywood and cutting them for me. I really appreciate them and I also really recommend this store.

Head manager is extremely rude.
Tried to get a discount on a broken open and damaged bag of insulation and she said 10% was good enough.
When i informed her I just got a discount on a broken up bag at Stavanger at a 50% discount she said it wasn't her problem and the product is still good.
If this is the case maybe all branches should adopt the same standard of pricing for damaged goods.
Very poor attitude on her behalf.

I would give it less stars if possible. I went to your location today looking for an item. I asked 4 people and not one knew where it was. Each person we spoke to told us to go to a different spot. Why have people working in a hardware store and employees don't know where anything is. It would be better if you had a isle # on website so people could find what they are looking for themselves, as the employees don't know where anything is.

I have been going to Kents for years and have had many great experiences there with many of the staff being quite friendly and helpful. I went there again today to place an order for some PT deck material/supplies and was assisted by contractor sales rep Lisa Ralph. She was amazing to deal with, has a great personality, is really easy to talk to and so very, very knowledgeable. Thanks again for making today's visit so awesome! If you need assistance while at Kents in Mt. Pearl, go see Lisa at the contractor desk!!!

I ordered $2500 worth of building materials. I asked them to call me 1 hour prior to delivery to make sure I would be there to accept the delivery, to which they said "not a problem'. Needless to say, they didn't give me any heads up, nor will they accept responsibility if anything gets stolen before I get home. Long story short, I'll be giving home depot my business in the future, if kent can't even give me notice prior to delivery. Not too much to ask for
