I’ve tried the rest and now found the best! I’ve been to 3 other storage facilities in the past year and a half. None of them mentioned price increases within months of moving in. All staff was pleasant the first day and then turned into rude crabby apples.

So, I called around best prices I found was here at Key Storage. Staff was transparent from the first phone call and visit. Cleanest facility yet and best customer service which is impossible to find now a days.

Cheap prices and great service. The only downside is that they don't have 24/7 access. Trying to move in or out on the weekends can be a hassle if you need to use the second floor cargo lift as there is only one.

Excellent Customer Service and best value for Storage in the City! Even a unit on the 2nd floor was easily accessible by elevator with large dollies that can be borrowed for no extra cost. Highly recommended

Not only did the secretary not take my inquiries seriously when I called. She did not call me back.. To make a point I biked (in the pourning rain) to the location and told her who I was... To her astonishment, she started to ask me about units id like to rent and began to show me. I asked for the cheapest unit, she then started to suspect I was going to live out of it by asking strange questions.. Like if I was going to move clothing or furniture in..

Did not appreciate it and decided to abandon the idea of renting a storage unit all together.. From ANYWHERE..

Unprofessional, lazy and arrogant.. Good luck..
