This company provides a high level of client service excellence. This moving company has raised the bar in customer service, professionalism, great attitude and ability.

Every day for the two days these gentleman packed, under the supervision of Dan Fontaine, of Kings Global Forwarding, they arrived smiling, happy and polite and remained that way throughout the day. Dan ensured that everything we wanted to go was professionally wrapped. They were extremely careful with items that were fragile and important to me and ensured that I felt heard and were concerned for my items well being. Dan and all his moving staff asked questions if they were unsure to avoid errors. This was extremely appreciated as I was not the most organized client they have ever had, of this I am sure! Dan was also very articulate and explanatory when I came to the final paperwork so that I understood the safety of my items. Dan and his crew did not rush through anything. They were meticulous, careful, professional and kind.

This moving crew has raised the bar in service excellence. I would not use any other movers while in Canada again and I will be recommending them to be requested by my friends and colleagues.

We recently moved back to Calgary and Kings were local delivery company.
They help and guide us to get the custom clearance in no time.
Also we requested to deliver in our basement which they did without any issue. Local contact Mariana and crew Daniel were excellent in their work.

We used their services to move a container from the customs to our house they broke the container seal without our permission or knowledge moved our stuff in a truck to storage then loaded it after almost two weeks again on a truck to our home in Gibbons some of our things arrived badly damaged do to it and when we tried to contact Mariana (Our contact)we didn't got any response from them once you pay they don't care don't use their services if you care about you things and privacy they will violate both!
