We’re so thankful for this amazing daycare! The staff are incredibly kind, comforting, and truly care for our son like he’s their own. He’s learning so much and comes home happy every day. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in such a loving, supportive environment. Highly recommend!

This daycare is atrocious. Dirty, smelly, unsafe, staff are miserable and it is poorly run. Avoid like the plague. Our kids hate going and we are finding another daycare. The new owners are greedy. Increasing prices without improving anything. If you value your children's well being don't send them here.

In response to your passive aggressive response.
1) I did attention your session. The drop in fee did increase. The fact you are saying otherwise is false. You have completely turned your back on parents in the community who relied on the daycare for years without a care. You don't care about the community or children.

2) The staff are not happy. Saying otherwise is another falsehood.

3) The response to my feedback says all that needs said. I have brought this to the past owner Leanne and and also your attention.

I will bring more information and details forward to share when the time is right.

You are clearly not someone who should be taking care if children.

I was so relieved to find out that a new owner had taken over this daycare- the improvements they are making are incredible! Washrooms are being used with PROPER supervision instead of the children needed to be taken out of the room and out of ratio and at a greater risk of an accident occurring while the staff are divided between the seperate washroom and the classroom. That is just one of many improvements. Bringing in qualified properly trained staff to care for our children is of the utmost importance and I welcome a slight increase in fees for this to occur. HOWEVER the new owner held a open house and promised that for the first year they would not be increasing the fees while they make the improvements they have planned. I have no problem posting a review with my name attached to it and if you or someone you know is looking for QUALITY Childcare in the Carstairs area Lil Dreamers and Imagination Station are now in GREAT hands!!!!!

We been going to Lil' Dreamers since 2019 for Preschool and drop in day care when needed... Our two boys have been in the preschool program and our 3rd son will go to this location when it's time... Our boys love going and never want to leave when it's pick-up time...

The new owner / staff have been amazing to work with and have made changes... Alot of changes are happening for the better of bathrooms, security etc etc... I'm excited to see once everything is done being renovated...

The new owners are nice. I see them at drop off and also when I pick up my kids. The renovations are amazing. The staff are very nice they always greet me when I come. I love all the updates Im getting thru their app.

I absolutely love this daycare. My son is so happy to go, and they are all so kind. I am very fortunate to have found a center with such compassionate staff, and they provide a fun and loving learning environment for children.

This is by far my best experience with childcare I've ever had. They are so good with the children, and accommodating to every child's different needs. They supported me and my family with amazing compassion, care, and attention when we went through a divorce, and not just the kids either - they helped me too! The communication is outstanding, and the teachers are highly dedicated to every child. I would never bring my kids anywhere else.

They don't pay on the 1st, which is when most people's bills and rent are due. The children are extremely loud and they don't listen. They don't do direct deposit and when I went to pick up my check today it was sitting in an envelope on the table, in the public lobby for anyoneto access. I only lasted two days I would never work here
