Love having a bus . They may not always be on time but we're lucky to have a route here in the valley. Def need more drivers. Buses are always clean, kept tidy and most drivers are helpful when you have any questions. Really like the person who answers phones they are also very helpful. Books of adult tickets are $35. You can buy them on the bus by cash or in some stores. Seniors and students are cheaper. Kids under 5 ride for free.

This has been the worst experience. Unreliable schedules and constant long delays make it impossible to plan my day. There are always delays, and they're significant. I just can't understand why, since the route doesn't go through a big city, just small towns. Traffic issues aren't common here. The worst part is paying for such a terrible service.

20 minutes (or more) late at least 80% of the time, which unfortunately makes the bus difficult to rely on if you need to get to work or important appointments on time. They only come every two hours or so as well, which means a lot of wasted time if you opt for the earlier route (this is not even an option in the morning; the time when most people need to be on time). Service standards definitely need to be improved so that people aren't risking their jobs by relying on transit.

The bus is mostly never on time and when we call the customer service they tell us to wait for the bus for 5 mins and when you’ve waited for the bus for past 30 mins and you call them again they tell you the bus is no longer in that area and has already passed 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

Stood in the cold for almost 30 minutes this morning before giving up and taking a $25 dollar cab to work a 4 hour shift at my minimum wage job.

Then, I spent over 30 minutes standing in the cold waiting for a bus that never came before giving up and walking to the mall in New Minas so I could at least wait longer somewhere warm. It took me 2 hours to get home.

I'm waiting with my ear buds on just waiting patiently to go home at that point after classes was a long day, then the bus came I went showed my card the guy with sunglasses on, on a cloudy day seems to see my card and i smile and continued to pass and find a seat and while trying to find a seat to sit down, I hear someone yelling behind me, so I took out one of my ear buds and turned around the guy was walking up to me fast and yelling in my face also he's was spitting lot as he talked, saying "who I think I was" and saying i didn't show my card and i replied " yes I did" in my calm voice because i was scared and i dont know what was happening, he was saying I didn't, just saying " how dare are you being disrespectful in his bus" in my face and spitting lot, front of everyone. After i went to sat down like nothing happened.
because I was so confused idk why i stayed on that bus I was already tried from the day and waiting for an hour for a bus, I was beated down of people from that day. I thought he was really a miserable person or having a bad day but i didn't deserve to be treated like that! It's not my fault he wasn't doing his job well, maybe get your eyes checked if you didn't see my card!
After i got to my room cryed for an hour i called and report the guy to the bus service said they will handle it and will call me back, I never got a call back and I went to call back them later and the next day they didn't pick up kept going to voice mail, so idk if he got fired or anything was done about it, but i never in my life felt so unwelcome to a place before and I was just going school in kentville after holidays. I dont think I will be going back any time soon. Very beautiful places but I didn't felt welcomed part.

Busses run at very inconvenient and infrequent times especially during rush hours. Let alone how often they are late and there is no way of knowing when it will show up. Extremely disappointing public transport.

Extremely unreliable, untrustworthy, always late, and they took the tracker down during the coldest part of the year. Left stranded a few times. For a service I pay for, it's really not worth it.
