We have rented storage space at this facility now for about 10 months (since opening) and we are extremely happy with the service here. The building is very clean. The staff is so friendly (we love the ladies at the front desk. Delia and Lisa are amazing). The units are spacious. We were really happy about how many cameras they have on site. Our belongings feel secure here. This has solved our storage needs. We would recommend these guys for sure.

Great facility. It’s new, clean and the staff (Delia and Lisa) are always friendly, eager and helpful. They offer free coffee, bottled water and Dad’s oatmeal cookies if you need to reenergize during your move. The only nitpick i have, and through no fault of the business, is that it can be difficult to access the facility during certain times due to heavy traffic on New Dundee Rd. I highly recommend Kitchener Self Storage.

We are so happy to have found this location! They have been amazing to work with. The building is very clean, easy assess to units, climate controlled and very well run. We use this unit to store staging items for our listings so it was important to find a storage facility exactly like this.
The ladies at the front desk are always a delight to visit with and the owner of this building is wonderful! We were their very first customers and have had ZERO issues. If you’re looking for a storage space in the Waterloo region this is it- right next to the highway and located very conveniently close to Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.
Who doesn’t love a company that values and appreciates their customers? Thanks for being awesome!

You won’t be disappointed with Kitchener Self Storage. The facility is brand new, clean, and well maintained. Proximity to the 401 is an added bonus. Delia is very responsive with her communication, she goes above and beyond ensuring tenants are kept informed.
