The map usually takes people and stops in front of one fertility but service Canada is just opposite to that . There is enough parking in front of service canada. It's newly build place but I didn't like the ramp created for taking kids stroller.
It's pretty big and spacious.

Recently visited for getting my SIN updated. The entrance is confusing for first time visitors. However the directions given on the walls help alot. They provide a smooth service with a minimum 10 minutes of waiting period. I went without appointment and still got my work done within half an hour.

I had a great experience with this place ,staff is very friendly. Tssa explain everything very well.Thier services very fast , I went there without appointment and it only take 15 minutes for my passport application.

We had a great experience at this location. Pre booked our time and got our services done within time. Only complaint about the process of applying passport in the fast paced technology we still filling up paper applications and then the person re enter in the system feels like we are still in 19th century.

Today, my senior mother and father visited this place. My mother is old and sometimes forgets things. She did not know the answer to a security question on her CRA file. Instead of helping, the agent ERIN harassed my mother very badly. She made my parents feel very stressed and upset.

This is not right. Seniors should be treated with kindness and respect. The agent did not follow Canadian laws about treating seniors fairly. My parents came home feeling unwell because of this bad experience.

Service Canada must train their staff better. No one should treat seniors this way.
