We were in an emergency situation as our car suddenly died and we were 4 hrs away from home . We searched in the area for help and thank goodness the Klippenstein team answered. They took their time, listened and had the car in to be looked at right away. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately and fixed us up. We are home safe and sound. Thank you for the amazing customer service and making us feel safe. Thank you for being there today , thank you for understanding the urgent nature of our situation. Most of all thank you for taking that extra few minutes to explaining the problem and solution and getting us home safe!! Report card is A++ ..

We came with our car in a tow truck expecting a simple repair. Our engine was blown at only 5 years old. These wonderful folks got us all set up with a brand new engine under warrantee. I came in to assist a family member for a service call on their vehicle at Klippenstein Service Inc.I had only been there five minutes and I spotted a newer vehicle that I felt would help my family in day today running errands, etc. we took the vehicle home on a test. We were completely satisfied with it the following day we initiated the purchase agreement and bought the vehicle absolutely the best experience ever. We have since driven the vehicle into the US and back again several hours one way no problems no errors just a pleasant all-around experience if you’re interested in buying a car or having a car serviced, we strongly recommend five stars. I see you guys already have almost exclusively 5 star reviews but I just had to drop a line to say thank you. Here's my story from this morning: I had drained the battery on my 2022 Super Duty King Ranch. In the boosting / start up sequence I had triggered a check engine light. I stopped in at the Ford dealership in Thamesville and they wanted $76 just to plug in their scan tool. So I went to see the Klippenstein guys, whom I already knew well, and they did me the favor of deleting my check engine light free of charge. Top notch service and great communication.
