If you're in Rainy River, Krueger sales and service should be your first choice for car repair. They stock some parts and are pretty quick with getting more from their network of suppliers. They have recently performed safety inspections on my vehicles when I moved from out of province. They found some issues I wasn't aware of and seemed to be fair.
