I have been using KTN for months in Ingersoll. They have great drivers, very friendly and kind. Cheryl makes booking things easy. This was my first trip to Canada which obviously meant I was a first timer to Ingersoll. I received Ktn Taxi's information at the hotel that I was staying at and they came very highly recommended. Brittany came and picked me up right at my scheduled time which was 4:45 am. Even though it was super early in the morning, she was really plesant and cheerful and made the trip easy and stress free for me. Also, booking with Cheryl was a breeze. I would highly recommend Ktn Taxi to anyone that is traveling and needs a reliable and timely ride.

Extremely dirty cab, all seats were full of dog hairs . Cab smells like smoking inside . I cannot even breath properly . I got the dirty hairs on my clothing as well . They dont care about cleaning cabs and looking for health of people who are allergic to cats and dog hairs . I used it first time wouldnot recommend at all especially cleaning concerns . They dont have time to clean the cab before picking up customers but they have time and firm and quick in getting the money from your card before even you start a ride with them . All they care about their money .

If you need a cab in the area, KTN is definitely the company to call, there is zero comparison to the other companies around here. KTN is in a whole different league. Dispatcher is such a sweetheart every time I’ve called. I’m always greeted with a smile and a friendly driver.

They came on time no problem, had an amazing conversation with the taxi driver about the fallout series. Probably the best taxi ride I have ever had. hundred times better then old tyme taxi. The car was nice and clean and the drive was very smooth. 10 out 10 would recommend!

I got their card at the recommendation from the front desk at Elm Hurst Inn. I phoned the night before to book a taxi for the following morning. The driver was punctual, friendly and the ride to London was very comfortable.
