Really disappointed with the dispatcher at kyte delivery I ordered from then let them know when they said it would be ready and she said ok, now had she said that time frame would not work I could have rearranged the time it would be ready, but nothing was said so I assumed all is well 30 minutes past pickup time no delivery, mind you the place is 7 minutes away and I'm movement impaired, how does a business like this operate at the high a level of ineptitude as a dispatcher. I feel sorry for the drivers because tips must be abhorrent when you have dispatch making it seem like you are all terrible at your jobs. Now this isn't a reflection on the driver she was great did her job as fast as she could 5 stars for her if I could give 0 stars to the dispatcher I would the manager is nice she waved the deliver fee for my inconvenience. And to tell me on top of everything that if the place I ordered from had known it was kyte picking it up they wouldn't have made the sandwiches til you arrive at the shop is insane, when you have such a crap reputation that people know you aren't gunna show up on time maybe it's time to shut up shop

Awesome! Another company promised pick up of badly needed fans. Then, much later, reneged and said they would after the weekend. I was referred by someone to call Kyte. Wow! Friendly, quick, extremely affordable. A much nicer welcome to Comox. Thank you Kyte. You are our new bestie.

Please tell your drivers that when an ambulance or other emergency vehicle is coming up behind them they are to pull over and STOP not try to speed to get to the exit and take out other cars in the process this was today at 4 pm driver was taking turn off out of parksville heading toward qualicum female driver very bad

I was just looking for the Kyte phone number and noticed some bad reviews so I wanted to comment. Kyte does a good job at delivering and the drivers have all been very nice and accommodating. Sometimes they are behind but they’ve had a lack of drivers. Dispatch are usually nice. I appreciate this service & people could be a bit more understanding if they can’t meet times sometimes. They depend on a workforce & are affected by bad weather as well. Appreciate what we have here, people! A good convenient service!

Always been very happy with this service. They are a very efficient way to send packages throughout the island. Love the door to door service. I would definitely recommend this service. *edit: Sadly, they are no longer as cost effective as they used to be. Still great if you need same day, but you do pay more for this luxury. Also, you should note that the prices on the website are years out of date, and higher than listed.

Ok I have used these guys twice to get a package from Nanaimo to c river they do it for a very reasonable price they’re on time and I’d recommend them 100%. I can’t understand the negative reviews on here and frankly I don’t believe them. I have no problem in recommending these guys at all. The dispatcher was more than friendly

Also, the comment below me, Steve, if you look at his reviews, they’re all one star even legal law firms makes it very unfair to businesses when you have keyboard warriors like that

The dispatcher is rude at best.
One of their drivers always gets the order wrong.. a Russian fellow we believe.
The other day he arrived with the wrong order got us to pay for it the never returned with the correct order. Never returned it to the store. Now we are out the money and the order.
Management refusing to help. Thinking about calling their bond company and insurance... Do like the RCMP.. did none of the items were none of the items were returned to store... The RCMP will confirm... This fact .
I know most of your driver's personally why would I be rude to people I like and like me? The Russian driver walked off with my ham that I paid for. It's as simple as that. That is theft. No other word for it. What your driver walked off with was a $38 ham
And the receipt... Leaving me stuck with the wrong order that couldn't be returned because he has the receipt

My neighbor just placed an order driver walked driver walked off driver with your company once again theyp got it wrong your dispatcher didn't pay attention to his order.

I live in Victoria and forgot my brand new iPad Pro on my flight that landed in Vancouver. I tracked it on the “find my” app and it showed that it had ended up at the Campbell river airport. The flight crew didn’t find it at first and I was so stressed. They had another look and thankfully found it. I was so happy but, they aren’t able to mail it to me or package it for Fedex etc. So I called Kyte delivery, it was so easy, dispatch was friendly and it was delivered to me in Victoria the following day. Excellent experience, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!
