Bus is consistently late, some times over 30 minutes late. All of us parents and small kids, standing outside in -20 weather or rain. Also it’s always a different driver. Some of the parents and kids don’t feel comfortable with that. We have tried to reach out with calls and emails, but nothing happens or they don’t reply. Would never use them if I had a choice.

Called today and spoke to Kyle about a bus that I believe should be looked at. He was very dismissive and made excuses. Great attention to address the public’s concerns Kyle.

My email to them… This is a bus I was behind today and it needs to be fixed asap or retired. This is terrible. Besides the pollution aspect, which in itself is bad enough, this amount of smoke limits visibility to drivers behind the bus. Limits visual aids, like brake lights and signals, as well as leaves possible parents in a pollution “smoke cloud”. It also stinks and will encourage drivers to pass because they don’t want to be behind it. This could lead to a higher risk of accidents and endanger lives.
3rd point is the bus didn’t seem to have the power to get up and going, in particular on the large hill it was just about to climb. Again this will cause drivers to want to pass when possibly unsafe to do so.

I feel this bus should be immediately addressed. Please watch video and confirm unit number. This is as taken on hwy 89

Hi there I’m 36 weeks pregnant. I walk my son to the bus stop every morning and we are always they’re 10 mins early like it states in the email and the bus never showed up Tuesday so I had to get a ride with someone else as I don’t have car to drive my son to school. Wednesday the bus was 25 minutes late! Again today (Thursday) we waited 30 minutes this is really annoying and like I stated up above NO We Were not late. they’re were 14 other kids waiting with they’re parents for the bus to show up I’m really annoyed at this point and my son is getting frustrated with having to wait so long!

Great people to work with. Try to accomodate driver schedules when/where possible. Lots of work with good balance of regular route & spare drivers. Highly recommend!!

I was behind bus 1051 today. It spewed a tonne of black smoke. Not the first time I have seen one of these busses in dire need of repair.
