We used Last Stop yesterday for our move. We had a ton of stuff to move and the team of Daniel, Romeo and Fithai were great! Professional, careful and hard working. They made sure everything arrived safe and sound. Even went the extra mile to remove table legs even when we didn’t think it was necessary, they were extra cautious. We are so thankful we decided to use a moving company and Last Stop was an excellent choice!

I am amending this review to be more honest, since I felt extremely pressured by the moving staff to leave a 5 star review while they watched me do so.
I found this company to be incredibly expensive. It cost me $1410 for 4.45 hours, then I tipped on top of that. As a single mom going through a divorce, finances are tight. I was hesitant to use a moving company and made it clear to the guy on the phone that I was concerned with keeping costs down. I moved everything myself, and hired this company to move 12 items that were too heavy for me to do.
The day of the move, they called me and told me they would send a 4th person to “speed things up,” and that while it will cost more an hour, the end cost should be cheaper since they would be faster. I agreed. When they arrived, I showed one of the movers all of the items. His response was, “this is all you have?” I hoped that meant things would be fast, but this was not the case.
One person spent at least an hour in the basement deconstructing my treadmill and punching bag stand screw by screw so it could fit out the door. I don’t agree that they needed to come apart to that extent, and I now have the daunting task of reconstructing them.
After they moved my mattress out, they loaded up the piano on a dolly. Thinking they had that in hand, I went upstairs to deconstruct my bed frame to hopefully speed things along. When I returned downstairs 15-20 min later, they were still standing around the piano and had not moved it at all. They left all the doors wide open, even when they were not moving objects out. The house temperature hit 14 degrees, since I have the misfortune of moving in November.
I was also told prior to booking the company that I would pay a flat truck fee and no transit time. When I spoke with the guy on the phone afterward, he tried to say that meant I wouldn’t pay transit time to or from the warehouse but needed to pay the transit time between locations. I would likely have not booked the company had I known this was the case.
My things arrived safely and undamaged, but due to the price I probably won’t use this company again. I paid the same price to move my entire house in 2020, so I’m shocked and upset over the price to move 12 items.

Daniel,Geyre,Fatawi positive experience with these 3 movers. good customer service polite and hard working young men. furniture was wrapped with blankets and shrink wrapped (no damage to furniture). I was locked out of garage realtor didn't leave a key and they shovelled snow so we could put stuff by the garage.

I was extremely satisfied with the efficiency with Eric and Daniel. They were extremely productive and were very careful with our stuff as we were moving into a brand new house. They came overly prepared and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these two to anyone who wishes to take stress off their shoulders when it comes to moving. Was very happy with this service! 10/10

Gary! A boss! and Eric did a great job I moved out of an apartment and into a house, they showed up early on the morning and finished by 1pm totalling just over $1000 for just shy of 5 hours of work (I volunteered my time and helped them for thr while move). Know this moving is expensive. But i believe moving companies should be in the business of efficiency you are paying for efficiency. I would say Gary and Eric were efficient and went above and were friendly and very mindful of unloading into the new place. Refining on this efficiency going forward will keep last stop moving going forward for many moves. Overall good experience with the company and good experience with Gary and Eric.
