Amazing Customer Service! I noticed a piece of plastic covering dragging from below my car and went to Len’s automative to get it checked out. Even though they didn’t have a hoist to lift the car, they still got Shawn to go under and check it out. They went above and beyond to help us out and I am grateful for the help they provided us. I will definitely come back here!

Running a business that when I have a break down I need immediate service and I have always had that service with Ernie and his team. I have large units to move and it is done with quickness, precise, and respectful drivers. I’ve never had a bad experience with Len’s towing and he has done a lot of towing for me! I highly recommend all individuals do not buy a vehicle, nor have one repaired, from Len’s
Automotive and avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS. After coming to an agreement (pending
sale), it was claimed that the dealer would fix the vehicle’s rear brakes and complete a rust
check upon pick-up. Once retrieving the vehicle it became apparent that the rear brakes were
not fixed, and the rust check was not properly nor professionally completed. Upon questioning,
the owner claimed the brakes would improve over time with vehicle use. Several days later the
same issues were occurring with said rear brakes. After a brief phone call with Len’s
Automotive an appointment was made to have the rear brakes reviewed again. Shortly upon
arrival it was discovered that the required parts needed for repair were not on-hand, resulting in
having to reschedule said appointment and myself missing out on two days of work. Following
the second visit and having the rear brakes supposedly “repaired”, the vehicle was still
presenting problems. Over the course of a few days it became apparent that the condition of
the rear brakes had not improved, and that the emergency brake was now posing new
problems. At this point the vehicle was taken to Dodge where it was frighteningly discovered
that the vehicle did not pass safety. Losing all hope for Len’s Automotive to repair the vehicle, a
call was made to the Ministry of Transportation to discuss options on how to proceed. It was
strongly advised that Len’s Automotive repair the vehicle properly, and if not the situation could
be escalated to a legal level. Fortunately after a brief phone call Len’s Automotive promptly
agreed to repair all issues the vehicle was posing. Overall it was unfortunate to have such an
unpleasant repair experience, as the Sales Representatives and Staff were extremely friendly,
helpful, and kind - unlike the owner. If choosing to use Len’s Automotive Services it is highly
recommended that prior research is completed, receive a second opinion, and to proceed with
caution.

You really should't lie on a honest review, i could post photos of the vehicle not passing safety if you wanted, but ill save the embarrassment. Not to mention the crack in mirror, but hey keep calling your customers liars very professional. Stay classy! Good luck to you.

$400 for 35km tow!!!! When questioned about the rate, they said.. I had to pay - Home to home-meaning..they charged me from the moment they left their yard.. until they got back to their yard... since when do you have to pay kms for a tow to get to you.. and pay for kms after the tow? Why am I paying kms for your truck to get back to your yard,?!
Guy has the audacity to say "I won't even start my truck for less than $250 , $400 is peanuts"
Can you believe that?!?!
I'm absolutely shocked h4 said that..
So watch out ppl.. they won't start their truck for less then $250.. and they think $400 is peanuts..
Avoid this company at all costs.!!!!

We have used Len’s for many vehicles and the servicing on those vehicles. From the always pleasant voice answering your first phone call to the guys doing the cleanups and detailing, we always feel like we’re important to them. On many occasions, the staff at Len’s has gone out of the way to make sure we are properly looked after.

The reason for my visit was to access a vehicle in the impound lot. The service was great in the yard. The gentlemen who opened the gates was very knowledgeable in every aspect with regard to details about the investigation done on the vehicle and contents in it. We were very pleased.
