One of the worst experiences. I got there Thursday around 3 pm. The company is closing at 5. I had a load going to Illinois, 21 skids. Before they load me I asked them to make sure I’m not overweighted cause it was a heavy load. The lady at the office told me to not worry and that they know what they are doing. The guys were fast and I got out around 4!!! I’m going to the pilot to scale it and cause of the traffic took me 25-30 minutes. Gross weight 80400. I called them that I’m going back but cause of the traffic I might be 5-10 mins late (after 5) and the same lady who was at the office (the one who assured me to not worry about the weight) she said hurry up cause we close at 5. So I’m driving as fast as I can but I arrived at 5.09 The gate is closed and no one is there. They were opening at 9am next day, so I stayed overnight outside of the place. At 9 when they opened I’m going at the office I see the same lady which was talking to me in English the day before and it was the lady that told me ‘don’t worry they know what they’re doing’ but today she forgot how to speak English and with broken English and Spanish she’s telling me to go at the docks and they gonna explain to me the guys over there. I’m going at the dock and the guy says that it’s gonna take some time cause they are waiting for permission from Mexico to unload anything from the truck… So I’m going back at the office to talk with them but same story… they are waiting for permission from Mexico. I’m going to my truck and after an hour the broker is calling me and after I explain to him what’s going on he ask me to go at the office and give my phone to the lady cause he couldn’t find then on the phone. The lady tho was trying to avoid to take the phone saying that she doesn’t speak English and that in 1 hour someone who does speak English is coming at the office ? after I told her your English are fine cause you talked to me yesterday she got the phone but she was keep repeating the phrase that they are waiting for a permission from Mexico. Long story short around 12.30 they finally got the permission to take 1 skid out and they gave me theBOL with the 21 skids again and the same seal number as before, So I went at the office again to tell them to change that and it took another 20 minutes to do that.
Oh btw when she forgot how to speak English she start talking to a translation app and she was showing me her phone to read it…

Dirt lot makes mess especially after rain. Place is good. Two trucks being loaded when I got there. They started loading 10mins after I backed up to the dock. Leaving in 1h after arrival.

Started shipping around 0800, easy place to deal with. Fcfs and you just pick any open dock so you probably could just back into one and then check in. Overnight parking in dirt lot across the street just watch out for some large potholes. Not sure how safe the area is but this place has its outside lights on all night. Little Mexican restaurant at the intersection with the street light, they opened at 0600.

This place can be fast or slow depending on the workers' moods . When you arrive, you can pull up to a loading dock and then check-in. If you wait, other trucks will pass you up in line even if you check in the office first.

Just be sure to know where you stand in the truck line. They won't tell you, call you, text you or advise which place your in Just grab the dock as one becomes available. (Peros come peros)

First come first served. Overnight parking across the street on an empty lot. About 7 trucks fit in there
