Booked a cab to take our 5 month old to an important doctor appointment, after they were 10 minutes late we called and asked if they were coming . They said they cancelled the cab and just couldn't be bother to inform us. Causing our 5 month old to miss their doctor appointment.

Definitely not a cab company you can rely on or trust.

Pre ordered 3 days before trip. Waited almost 3 hours. They did call me to say they were very busy and short handed so they would be late. I did appreciate the call and once the driver did show up, the service was great. The driver was courteous and very apologetic. The wait was frustrating, but being shorthanded was probably frustrating on their end too.

This piece of trash charged my parents who were visiting from out of town 2.5 times the rate on Xmas eve. A ride that should have cost them $30 across Lethbridge was $70. He used the excuse that because it was Xmas eve it was a holiday.

Xmas eve is not a holiday. You suck and you’re a vulture.

The worst cab ride of my ENTIRE life! Took a cab from Brocket to Lethbridge and the driver/dispatcher was constantly looking at his phone until he realized I was watching what he was doing. He was tailgating almost EVERY vehicle on the highway I'm not sure why. He then passes on a SOLID double line which I immediately said, what
the hell are you doing? Do you know how to drive? We get to Lethbridge and without telling me picks up another fare and drops them off because it was "on the way". I was so happy to make it tomorrow destination alive i kissed the ground when I got out of the vehicle. I VERY STRONGLY advise people to stay away from these horrible drivers, they are VERY dangerous

Charging easily double any other cab company, don't bother with this company. Clearly scamming people using Google sponsor to put them to the top of the list.

BDT/Lethbridge Cabs really helped out my senior parent. Called me when they didn't arrive ... waited for 30 minutes, and then wouldn't allow me to cover their time. Very thankful.
