If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst of all, he hit my parked car while reversing and refused to admit it, even though I was standing right there and witnessed it happen.

When I confronted him, he kept arguing and denying responsibility. It wasn’t until I knocked on his window and told him that he hit my car that he finally stopped. Even then, he still refused to acknowledge what happened.

From what I’ve seen in other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who has experienced his horrible attitude. If you’re looking for good service or dealing with someone honest and accountable, avoid this place at all costs.

I like this place, as it is near both the unis in waterloo. You can get very cheap printing and other items, such as stationery, party supplies, and board games. There are some steps that the shipping company requires them to do, which is why it can cause frustration, but it's not their fault. People can apply for tutoring and driving lessons, which is cool. Do check it out!

Dont waste your time, go to Staples instead.

I've tried many timed to ship various packages via various carriers at this location and the owner consistently gives you a unreasonably rude response and excuse for not accepting packages. This time he wouldn't accept my pre paid DHL package because he "didn't want to store it over the weekend , no space".

I dropped off my package, by printing the correct label and the girl at the counter scanned it as well took it from me but i noticed that my parcel didnt move and the boss put it ob me that i gave wrong label.. c’mon i am not stupid do that… acceptance is something not every one has that.. they lost my package now putting on me thank god i didnt had my original passport in that.. on top of that they told puralotr that i never came to drop it off if i had to prove it i could have shown my google location sign of your pc of same time… ill suggest to not go onto this place 🙏

This manager ran away after hitting our car. We have evidence.

This is not about arguments. The fact remains that our car was hit, and you left before the issue was resolved. We expect a responsible resolution rather than denial.

So the owner and his staff were unprofessional and they seem like they have given up. Last time I was there he unexpectedly and his employee refused service because of being lazy.They are picky when it comes to service. Good luck.

Update!, for your parcle shipping/receiving services and to avoid inconveniences use another location where your return label can be printed free of charge. This location won't print it for you, print it and attache to the parcel your self. Cheers.

I absolutely love this place!
I was able to pick up my parcel, and even got some delicious food for myself.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; the owner was also super nice! They even had iPad give aways!
While I was in the store, I noticed there were people being rude to the staff, and that made me extremely upset and uncomfortable. The owner and staff have always been nothing but kind, and helpful. I honestly think some of the customers are too entitled, and should reflect on themselves instead. If you don’t appreciate people that were helping you with getting your packages, maybe you should get them yourself.

Anyways, 12/10 place. One of the better things that make my uni life more tolerable!
