Receiving department please show some professionalism. You guys put the time according to your offloading but didn’t call the driver. Afterwards you don’t show up to write time on POD. Driver’s time is most important, inform them when you are done with offloading and when your paper work is done. I wait there 1 and half hour in my truck without any reason. Not really good experience.

This place is so hit and miss. I've spent upwards to 10 hours here but the unloading times are usually about 2 to 4 hours. Very strict about steel toes and high visibility vest.
