We are very happy with the finished product on our vacation home. The team took great care with our property, thoroughly explained everything and sent pics on the days we couldn't be there to keep us informed along the way. They even worked hard to match the fake log siding to the actual log...giving it a beautify and seamless look. It's rich color and even tones have really made this home beautiful.

The guys were great, respectful, thorough and really took pride in their work. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

There are no words to describe how appreciative I am to Mike and his brothers for the phenomenal job that they did on my house. From day 1, they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the major issues we were having, and how to do it the right way without breaking the bank. We had done ample research to find the best team for this job, and without a doubt we made the right decision when we chose this company. My wife was so nervous about the work that needed to be done, and Mike constantly reassured me that everything would be fixed exactly as I had wanted and better. They made it affordable for us, and their craftsmanship blew me away. We bought a log home in Western North Carolina in 2023. It had a deck surrounding it that had to be torn out. Under the deck, much to our dismay, was about 70 feet of log rot! We were angry, panicked and wondering what to do. I did a plethora of research, phone calls, got a few local estimates and a ton confusion, we finally got in touch with Log and Timber Solutions. We did wait about two weeks to get a quote on the damage from Dustin Hoffman, one of the owners. He gave a thorough and concise breakdown of the damage and how his crew would repair it. Dustin was so professional, he assured us that this was well within Log and Timber's scope of expertise. He told us not to worry, his team could take of this. Awesome confidence and assurance, and the price was much less than I anticipated. We sent our signed contract and deposit in and waited, because log and Timber does such a fantastic job, they are backlogged a couple of months. This was n't a problem for us, so we went about our lives. Then , we got the call from Mitzi that our crew would arrive Tuesday after Labor Day. Tuesday morning 9:30 am (we are a 3 hour drive from them) Josh and Jeremy showed up. I honestly thought to myself, these guys are young. Josh immediately gained my confidence and went over the whole process with me. The two of them started washing t he house and then taping and putting plastic on the doors and windows. The next morning, 7:45, they were here, waiting in their truck for it to turn 8:00am! I asked why and Josh, very courteously said, "we like to be respectful to you and your neighbors and never start before 8 am." The got their sprayers out and started spraying and back brushing our home and were done by about 1 PM. It looks beautiful. Then they stated on the demo of the rotten logs. They measured, cut, chiseled and by the end of the day had about 20 feet repaired and looking brand new. The next morning, same thing, 7:45, start work at 8! Josh and Jeremy got right on tearing out the full log and cutting the partial damage out. It was quite a process! Anytime I had a question or concern, Josh would explain what they were going to do, very thorough and very patient, Josh is a great person! We had a dinner date out of town and left the two of them around 4 o'clock, I called Josh at 8 and he said they had just left! These two are absolute workhorses! Friday morning, same M.O., arrive at 7:45, start work at 8 sharp! They had about a half day of work to do and we asked them if they would like to join us for breakfast. They both agreed. When we went to sit down, Josh and Jeremy were both waiting for my wife and I before they would start eating. I asked them if we could pray and bless our meal first, immediately Josh and Jeremy stood up and Josh blessed our meal!!! This was so awesome, great company, two fantastic workers doing a fantastic job, breaking bread with two other Christian brothers, it doesn't get any better than that in our house. Josh and Jeremy are two very fine young men that will far exceed your expectations. I consider the two of them lifelong brothers

They have done my entire cabin twice and I won’t be calling anyone else! There guys are kind, considerate, clean, organized and do amazing quality! They pay attention to detail, clearly take pride in their work and have always done what was asked. Pricing seems to be very fair from my experience with others. Quotes are also detailed and so far they have never asked me for more money above our agreement. I run a business and am picky, with that said even I can find anything they have missed. So thanks LTS, don’t forget to remind me when it’s time for my clear coat again!

We had an issue with some of the logs in our primary bathroom. We received a quote for almost 18k from one company. Dustin came out and did a thorough inspection and was more ethical and honest about the issue and we opted for no repair for the discoloration on the boards. It says a lot about a company when they don't try to upsell you and are honest about the issue even if it doesn't make them money! We will be reaching back out to them in the future.
