At first my experience wasn’t great but Cole (delivery supervisor) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my delivery! Cole is such an amazing employee from follow ups to scheduling he did it all! Cole thank you and you definitely deserve a raise!

My experience with Metro Supply Chain was horrible. The first time they sent me the wrong Fridge from Costco, however with the correct panels from the correct fridge, odd right? When they finally delivered the right fridge, they did not install the panels for me, I had to do it myself which Costco states MSC should've installed the panels for me. During panel installation I realized that one of the panels had gotten warped from shipping and didnt fit properly on the fridge. I called Costco and supposedly I was to have technicians from Metro Supply Chain come to my house and fix the problem. Fast forward to this morning at 8am two MSC technicians came to my house to fix the the panelling, only to find out that they didnt know how to fix it, even more strange. When I called them out on it, they told me why I was yelling at them? They also requested to see the manual and the screws which I had kept nicely in a bag, but they took it and just ripped it, where they couldve just taken the manual and components from the opening from the top of the bag. MSC I highly suggest you do some auditing into the two technicians you sent to my house on April 20 @ 8am.

Had a delivery from Ikea to my condo. The delivery team was "Aiman". I couldn't ask for better service. They were on time, kept me informed as to the approximate arrival time and were very friendly and helpful doing the actual delivery to my apartment.

Last week I received a freezer that I ordered from Costco, but in the end the guy asked to sign two papers, I did it, but after I saw the guy filling out some questions that I suppose to filler out, so I called Costco and they told me, yeah you are the one who has to do it not them, so this guys who came to my place are not honest with the customer, off course they will never have a problem with a delivery because they fill out the costumes papers and says that everything is in perfect condition, I hope someone from this company can contact me and I will give the name of the two guys because they are not doing their job, they are just playing with us, the costumers.
