As one of the head tax preparers and in-house tech support, for my firm, partnering with Logon Technologies has been a lifesaver. In our initial meeting with Mr. Lopez, he conducted a full diagnostic on our internal network and provided me with tips to enhance our security. After some consideration, Mr. Lopez informed us that our current setup was secure and efficient enough for our operations. Never have I had a vendor decline our business because our company's needs were already met; this established a strong working relationship, and I would refer clients to Logon Tek. After almost a year, our firm's activity grew to a point where I no longer felt comfortable serving as the head technician. When we reached out again, Mr. Lopez visited our office and conducted another diagnostic, realizing that we had reached a level appropriate for cloud services. I was referred to this company by a friend of mine after my LLC business launch. I needed a network setup with servers as well as robust network security. After calling a couple of other small IT Support companies, I contacted Log-On Technologies. I spoke with the owner Gonzalo Lopez, about my business needs and expectations. He made great, affordable suggestions that fit my start up size and budget. I hired him. He came out and set up everything for me in a very professional and timely manner. We recently purchased the cloud solution in which they host redundant servers to keep our business running with minimal downtime during maintenance, power loss, etc. As a business owner, I am very impressed by Log-On Technologies and their customer service. Gonzalo and his team are very professional, responsive, innovative and keep up to date with today's constantly changing technologies. I can't recommend him enough. They responded quickly and were very up front about all of the possible things that could happen so I wasn't ever left in the dark or surprised with unexpected expenses. They worked quickly and efficiently, clearly communicating each step.
