Absolutely awful company with no respect for people’s schedules and lives. I have epilepsy and I am forced to use this to get to work there is no way to get from downtown to the east end the 2, 20, 36, 17, 4 are all rerouted and have no information online to be able to find where your stops are relocated I have spent almost 100$ in the last week on uber rides to make sure I can be to work on time. Busses are also late constantly and even when they are the drivers still have the audacity to take their breaks when it’ll set them back even more. This company doesn’t deserve our money considering, in 2021, their net financial assets were $11,492,204 and their accumulated surplus was $109,363,064, according to the 2021 financial statement. 100 million and that’s before the bus was nearly 4$ per ride.

Buses are always late. It doesn't matter what time or which direction. I've been riding LTC for over 4years. In that time I'm always pleasantly surprised when my bus is less than 5 minutes late. If the weather is bad (snow, rain) and/or there's construction? Then I understand. But this is a YEAR ROUND ISSUE! There doesn't seem to be a solution. It's absolutely ridiculous that a person can wait an entire hour (plus) to catch one bus!(That's on a 20min schedule btw). Walking isn't always possible but wherever it's an option I'll take that to waiting for a bus.

And whenever the late buses finally do arrive it's always with the slowesttttt driver possible! I'm talking way beneath the speed limit! Sometimes they'll even stop when the stop hasn't been requested AND there's nobody waiting! You'd think they'd drive with more urgency but they don't give a _____ if you're late! The amount of times I've been 30 minutes late to work is astronomical! Just thinking about the hours I've lost makes me so upset! And do you wanna know the kicker after all of this? YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY! Why on God's green earth am I PAYING TO BE LATE?! Complain and swarm their phone lines. You don't deserve to be late.

Also I'd like to add that there's currently construction going on. I've been on a bus, during peak hours and passed through it in about SIX minutes! So a bus being 25 mins late is unacceptable!

Usually delayed and makes me late for work. I feel like majority of drivers don’t care. It’s getting out of hand. Time to get things back in order. Prices keep going up for what? Inconsistency?

There are no words left to express
WORST WORST WORST
I dont have enough to get a car so I travel in bus
And every time it gets delayed .. and then ends up being early!!
Drivers are so rude
Stops not in use are not even labeled as not in use.
And when I call them there is an automatic message saying “ please be respectful while talking” and their drivers are very racist “give respect and take respect “ is what I believe in .

Para transit is a life saver for my son who is a handicapped adult, functioning at a 5-8 years old. Most of the drivers are great and are happy to see him. For over 10 years we have used this service. Tonight he was a soccer. The driver came in and asked for him, couch told him he was changing. Son came out and the bus was gone. BUT the most frustrating thing was I called para transit and spoke to NICOLE who was extremely rude. I had the phone on speaker three people complained on how rude she was. She told me that another bus had come and he was on this bus and on his way home. LIER. The coach is there with Him and not on a bus. Another bus came 15 minutes later, coach spoke to this driver . This was not for my son. The driver spoke on the radio to para transit and they said they have another bus coming but has no idea what time. These coaches volunteer their time and this coach can't get home to her family . Things happen but no excuse for rudeness , lies and no excuse to leave a handicapped person stranded .

Bus drivers are really blind they don’t stop at the bus’s stop as they are getting late to buy their Tim Horton’s. At first they are late, they literally chill at the main bus stops like Argyle Mall, White Oaks Mall. I can’t post a review without any star, they don’t even deserve a one star.

Buses are often late. Make sure you know exactly where your stop is, because even when you pull down the cord or push the button, it’s a 50/50 chance the driver will STILL drive past your stop. Happened to me on my way to an interview.
Which is very inconvenient when you’re taking a new bus route and don’t 100% know where the stop is. I also find the buses announce the stops at the LAST second. Other cities I’ve been to have a list of stops on a computer screen, making it easier to know your bus stop is next forsure.
Other cities have also started allowing you to tap your phone for debit/credit as well as having a reloadable bus pass on your phone.. London seems pretty behind in a few things regarding their public transit.

Also wanna add - I’ve witnessed a few buses drive past people waiting, while the person is already standing at the stop, waving at them to stop.

I'm extremely disappointed with the bus service. The buses are consistently late, and delays are a regular occurrence. Furthermore, it's inconvenient that daily tickets are not available for purchase online, causing hassle for commuters who rely on the bus to get to work on time.
