Worst services ever, with excuses that the car broke down on March 28th so the driver couldn't deliver. I waited for the whole weekend. 3 working days later still not yet delivered. I am 30 mins drive away so what is the essence of getting a shipment across the sea in 3 days then hold it in Moncton for 5 Days or more this is so shameful to the entire company you need to do better. This should be marked as a no go zone company.

This is unbelievable. This is not a serious company. It’s been three days their tracking site says the package is out for delivery. I have never received the package. Last time I’m dealing with them. So gays, if you have an expensive package, make sure this company will not deliver it. Because if they got your package be sure that they will put you in serious trouble.

Anything shipped with this company will not be delivered in a timely manner! Choose someone else! I could walk the parcel between New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island faster!

The worst company I hace ever dealt with they can't tell me where my package is or why it has gone by my area twice now, this place is a absolute waste of money, oh and by the way they don't service my area but they have an office 35 mins away!!!! I wouldn't send a rock to the beach through these clown!!!!

4 people were home today, but I guess the driver is too important to ring the doorbell. Much easier to leave a notice on the door.

Called customer service, they contacted dispatch and were advised that the driver "left the area." It's friggin Moncton, it's 10 minutes to anywhere.

I don't even have the option to pick up the parcel. I now have to wait until Monday for a package which I paid to have shipped to me in a timely fashion, with time to spare.

I will never purchase anything that uses Canpar or Loomis for shipping ever again.

Package sat for over 2 weeks at their warehouse - after 3 phone calls still no delivery - ended up having to drive in 20 mins to pickup myself. The 2 ladies at counter were very courteous and apologized and blamed a "new" driver however this was ridiculous after 3 phone calls saying the package would be released for delivery. Companies.... Do not use Loomis!

I noticed there are some bad reviews on here about this company. In my experience I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. Three times now I've had new tires delivered from Quebec by Loomis. Each time the delivery guy takes the time to place them behind my baby barn out of sight. They are stacked nice and neat and so quietly you would never know they delivered them. A+++ customer service, I must say I am very impressed and it goes to show that it's not always bad service. There are always two sides to the story. This one happens to be a very good one and it's happens every time they show up at my door. Keep up the excellent service Loomis, and THANKS.
